GHL Exhaust offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchase of the registered item only. GHL Exhaust  fully warranties the registered item against workmanship defects for the time the original purchaser owns the car. GHL Exhaust  does not warranty against corrosion or rust through. Claimed defective products must be shipped at buyer's expense to place of purchase. After inspection, GHL Exhaust  will, at our option, repair or replace the defective item and return it. Damage caused by abuse or alteration will not be covered under this warranty. This product is meant for high performance and may not be "street legal" in your state. This product is not approved by the EPA. The warranty set above is the only warranty, expressed or implied, of this product. In no event will GHL Exhaust  be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages or charges. GHL Exhaust  will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages as a result of sound quality.
